2. Prices
All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. In the shopping basket you will see the total price including all taxes.
3. Payment
Payment is made by selected payment method at the checkout. The payment method is provided by Stripe and we offer card payment, Vipps payment and invoice / partial payment through our partner Resurs bank. The card is debited when the item is dispatched.
4. Shipping and handling
When ordering, shipping is included in the price delivered to Vågå. We can offer delivery elsewhere for an additional shipping cost. Shipping method and associated costs are agreed in more detail. We offer shipping agreements with Posten/Bring.
4.1 Delivery methods
Delivery will be agreed at a specified location in Vågå at our workshop at Lemonsjø Fjellstue. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged in the Oslo area.
Agreement on shipment will involve shipment in Norway, with the exception of Jan Mayen, Svalbard and Bjørnøya.
The usual delivery time is 4-7 days, and shipping is via Posten/Bring, which also offers tracking of the shipment.
If the item is in stock, the parcel will be sent the following day, with the exception of weekends and public holidays.
If the item has to be ordered from a supplier and you should expect a longer delivery time than stated when ordering, you will be contacted with information about the delivery. You can then choose whether you want to cancel the order or accept the delivery time.
When shipping, the delivery will be made directly to the address you have specified when ordering.
4.3 Damaged goods and right of complaint
When you receive your order, it is important to check the goods for damage or defects. Should the item be damaged or broken, please contact us via our contact page for further instructions. You have a two-year warranty under Norwegian law.
5. Right of cancellation
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of cancellation can only be exercised if the item can be returned in its original packaging and is essentially unchanged. You have the right to open the package and try the product, but it may not be used beyond that. When you exercise your right of cancellation, you pay the return shipping yourself. If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible, or within 30 days from the date we have received the goods.

6. Privacy, security and personal data
In connection with your order, you accept that we store and use your information. We do this to fulfil our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via email in order to provide the service you expect from us. We will not share your personal information with third parties.

8. Cookies
A cookie is a text file sent from a website to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store your log-in or shopping basket while you browse different websites. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place any orders on our website. You can easily change this in the settings of your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.
9. Force majeure
Special circumstances beyond human control such as war, widespread labour dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious infection that prevent the parties from fulfilling their obligations may release a party from its obligations. Such exemption applies provided that the operation cannot be carried out under these conditions. The other party shall be promptly notified of the circumstances of the use of this provision
10. Disputes and laws
Norwegian law shall apply to all purchases made under these Terms. Disputes regarding purchases under these terms shall be heard exclusively by a Norwegian court
